SuGo Capital was founded in 2019 by Sarah Sullivan, a visionary investor who saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between strong investment opportunities and the investors who wanted them but couldn’t find them! Sarah began her journey as a passive investor, participating in a variety of projects that delivered solid returns. As she shared her experiences with friends and family, many expressed interest in joining her on these ventures. Recognizing the demand, Sarah approached the partners she had been investing with and asked why they weren't scaling at a larger level. The answer was simple: they lacked the capital and structure to grow.
Seeing this limitation, Sarah decided to create a solution. She put together investor communities that come together to do due diligence together and find the best opportunities to support their goals. By bringing together eager investors and well-vetted projects, she not only helped her partners grow their businesses but also opened the door for her investor community to access high-quality, scalable investment opportunities.
Initially focused on multifamily apartment syndications, SuGo Capital quickly gained momentum. However, in 2022, the real estate market began to face challenges, which led Sarah to reimagine and expand SuGo Capital. She realized that in order to continue delivering strong returns and serve her investor community, SuGo Capital needed to diversify. By offering opportunities across asset classes, the company now provides investors with access to a variety of investment vehicles, each with unique return benefits and tax advantages.
Designed to replace cash flow for investors impacted by changes in the real estate market, SuGo Capital offerings now include oil and gas partnerships and we’ve launched a trading fund. This evolution marked SuGo Capital’s transformation from a real estate syndicator into a diversified investment firm. By combining Sarah’s relentless focus on due diligence and partnerships with industry experts, the company now facilitates investments across private equity, real estate, oil and gas and other alternative asset classes.

As the Investment Manager and Managing Partner at Steady Eddy, and Chief Investment Officer at SuGo Capital, Theo Goguely expertly combines his deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of market dynamics. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering and has spent over 20 years in Silicon Valley’s high-tech sector, developing a specialized focus in algorithmic trading and commodities markets.
Theo is also an extreme endurance athlete, a testament to his dedication and precision. This aspect of his life greatly appeals to high net worth investors, especially CEOs, who admire his discipline and ability to push through challenges to achieve long-term goals. Currently, Theo is pioneering algorithmic strategies that simplify the investment process, enabling investors to obtain significant results with minimal effort.
