We decided to invest with SuGo because of Sarah. We adore her. It took me a while to convince Brent to jump in on one of SuGo's early syndications. He was apprehensive at first; now he's a HUGE fan of the concept AND of Sarah and her colleagues. We plan to be customers for life!
I invest with Sarah because my gut tells me you are real...in the sense that you are risk averse, offer training for free to educate on investing vs "selling" . I also know you are doing due diligence on each of the deals that you enter into. Also you invest your own money vs only using other people's money so you have skin in the game.
I must say they have exceeded my expectations and gained my trust and respect. I plan on reinvesting the proceeds from the upcoming SC portfolio sale into the next available project, and in the future I plan on adding a lot more of my own capital to achieve my goals.
